To hook up Creek with your domain at BlueHost, we recommend using CloudFlare.

Caution!

You will need to directly edit the nameservers for your domain hosted at BlueHost, and point them to CloudFlare.

Do not use BlueHost's "easy" built-in CloudFlare service

...that one that you just enable in BlueHost's control panel. It won't give you access to all of the options. Also, it's just better to have a full CloudFlare account, so that you get to explore and configure all the other benefits of CloudFlare -- like free SSL.
