Inviting people

Got a lot of people to add to Creek? Don't create all those accounts by hand!

You can send DJs and managers a secret invite link that lets them create their own accounts, and their shows, too.

Getting the invite link

1. Go to the Control Panel.
2. Click the Tools menu.
3. Select People.
4. At the top, click the Invite button.
5. It will give you the secret link!
6. Send this link to anyone that you want to instantly give access to the Control Panel.

How the invite process works

This is what the user does once they get an invite link.

1. When they go to the link, they will see a private Invite page.
2. They enter an email address, create a password, and enter their contact information.
3. They can also create their show. However, a manager (probably you) will need to add an airtime to their show in order to place it on the schedule.

Resetting the secret invite link

If you find that the secret invite link is, well, no longer secret — then reset it!

1. Go to the Control Panel.
2. Click the Tools menu.
3. Select People.
4. At the top, click the Invite button.
5. Click the option the reset the invite link.

The previous invite link will instantly become invalid, preventing new people from getting in with that link.
